Celebrating Resident Derek’s Birthday

One of our lovely residents, Derek Moncaster, recently celebrated his birthday with us here at Haling Park, and his wish was to have his favourite meal of Fish & Chips with his family by his side. We were more than happy to help arrange for his special birthday wish to come true.

The Aspen Suite team went above and beyond to help Derek celebrate his birthday, by setting up the garden with balloons and bunting for Derek and his family to enjoy a wonderful dining experience with one another. He was surrounded by his wife Jill, and his two daughters and grandchildren.

It truly was a spectacular day, where lots of fun and excitement was had by all. The family were even kind enough to send a lovely 'thank you' message to the team, to really express their appreciation for making his day extra special.

We take pride in being able to provide experiences and memories for our residents that we know will stay with them for a lifetime. Here at Haling Park, we really do believe that special days need to be celebrated together, and we love being able to give these special moments to our residents and their loved ones.
